Craig has over 25 years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise software solutions to the healthcare industry. He was the VP of Engineering for TAV Health, focused on resolving social determinants of health, and prior to that, a co-founder and CTO at Medical Present Value, focused on healthcare contract management. He led the engineering efforts for both companies and was instrumental in their successful acquisitions by larger organizations.
He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and is a certified AWS Solutions Architect.

Rebecca has twenty years in leading provider and payor projects including product and program management focused on healthcare technology initiatives for VirtualHealth, Wellmed, Health Integrated, EXL Healthcare, Avedon Health Systems and Panasonic.
She holds an MBA and a dual BS in Biology and The History & Philosophy of Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Cindy has over 35 years’ experience working in and with health plans and health care providers in contracting, value-based arrangements, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and business analytics. She has worked extensively with Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Health Care Exchange and Commercial products.
She worked for prominient health companies in her extensive career such as BlueCross BlueShield where she led the Provider Contracting department, TAV Health and later at Signify resolving social determinants of health and tying that to measurable outcomes for health plans. She led the Payer Contracting department of Catholic Health Initiatives for Tennessee
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee.

Previously Matt was Senior Vice President at Formation Capital, a healthcare services-focused private equity sponsor, where he was involved in all aspects of Formation’s activities including origination, execution and strategic initiatives for multiple portfolio companies. Prior to joining Formation Capital, Matt was Senior Vice President of Finance / CFO for Capstone Logistics, a third-party logistics provider. Previously Matt worked at MBF Healthcare Partners, in the healthcare group at GE Capital, and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
Matt earned his BBA with honors from the University of Georgia and a MAcc from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alex is a serial entrepreneur in healthcare technology with a focus on patient navigation and mobile integrated healthcare. Most recently, he was part of the leadership team at Ready, working across Product and Operations roles as the company rapidly grew from a concept to a leading mobile integrated healthcare provider nationwide. Previously, he co-founded ConsejoSano, a patient engagement and navigation company focused on multicultural care and health equity. Alex is an active strategy advisor to multiple healthcare and technology startups and larger institutions including private equity firms and unions.

Jamo Rubin, M.D. was the founder and CEO of TAVHealth, a company focused on resolving social determinants of health (acquired by Signify NYSE:SGFY). Before TAVHealth, he was the founder and executive chair at PTRX, a consumer-oriented pharmacy benefit management company (acquired by Catamaran/Optum NYSE:UNH). Before PTRX, he was the founder and CEO of Medical Present Value, a healthcare contract management and payment verification service (acquired by Experian LON:EXPN). He is currently a board member of Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS). He is the chair of the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, a non-profit primate-based biocontainment research center for COVID and other infectious disease therapies. Appointed by the Texas Insurance Commissioner, he was chair of the Texas Property and Casualty Guaranty Association. Before his entrepreneurial career, Jamo practiced as a cardiac anesthesiologist.
He received his M.D. from UT Southwestern, trained at Massachusetts General Hospital, and received an MBA from UT Austin.
Michael Boxer

Michael is an experienced healthcare executive with operational management skills in growth environments with a focus on advising/mentoring management teams with a keen eye toward value creation. Michael currently serves on the Boards of GI Scientific, Clever Care Health Plan and is Chairperson of Sightpath Medical. Previous Board service includes American Renal Associates, Remedi Senior Care, Versant Health and Genesis Healthcare. He has been the Chairperson of Audit and Compliance committees for public and private companies.
Michael served as the healthcare Senior Advisor to Centerbridge Partners, focusing on private equity, credit, and real estate investments. Michael also served as the Chief Financial Officer of HealthMarkets, Inc., a provider of health and life insurance products. Michael was Chief Financial Officer of Mariner Health Care, Inc., a skilled nursing facility, LTAC and hospice provider and engineered its turnaround/sale for $1.1B. Michael was Chief Financial Officer of Allergan plc (formerly Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.), an integrated specialty pharmaceutical company.
Michael received a BSBA in Finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Syed is currently a Managing Director at PJ Solomon, a boutique investment bank based in New York. At PJS, Syed leads the Pharmacy and Healthcare Services practices. Prior to his current role, Syed was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate at CVS Health, where he was responsible for enterprise M&A strategy and execution. During his tenure, CVS Health leveraged significant M&A activity in the transformation from a retail pharmacy business to the largest integrated healthcare company in the country.
Additional areas of experience within healthcare encompass field management, managed care, government affairs, clinical programs, P&L ownership ($4.5B+), and revenue generation.
Syed received his B.S. in Pharmacy from The Ernest Mario College of Pharmacy at Rutgers University and completed executive finance training at Harvard Business School. He is also a registered pharmacist.
Ted Koutsoubas

Ted Koutsoubas is a nationally-recognized executive with a passion for serving low-income, first and second generation, and other underprivileged Americans.
Serving as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Medicaid at Aetna, a CVS Health company, Ted led growth initiatives, market development, thought leadership, and strategic alliances. Employing his strong national network of relationships, Ted worked to position Aetna as the preeminent Medicaid managed care thought leader and coverage provider.
Ted was also Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at Viohl & Associates, where he served clients in many industries and guided their relationships with Governors and other elected and appointed state officials, including via their partisan and bipartisan national associations. He directed multistate public policy campaigns in tandem with his clients’ advocacy and business development priorities, and counseled candidates for elected office at all levels of government.
Ted earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Penn alumni community. He serves on the Board of Directors of The NewDEAL, a national network of rising state and local elected leaders. He was also a Leadership 2030 Fellow with the Hellenic American Leadership Council, the leading Greek American community advocacy organization.
A proud second-generation American of Greek immigrant parents, Ted grew up in the great State of New Jersey and currently resides in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with his wife and their Maltese puppy.

Mike is a retired attorney and healthcare executive who has had success creating value by leveraging his legal background and C-level executive and operations experience. Most recently, as CEO of IlliniCare Health Plan (a Centene subsidiary), his P&L responsibility exceeded $1B in a turnaround environment where he delivered material YOY increases in employee satisfaction, revenue, outcomes, and profits. The team he built also achieved the highest technical score of all bidders in a re-procurement that raised annual revenue projections to over $2B for 2018 and secured the State’s first sole-source foster care contract. Prior to Centene, Mike was an intellectual property attorney specializing in patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation related to human diagnostics and therapeutics.

Stacey is a practicing Psychoanalyst by training and spent the last decade bringing her knowledge and experience into the world of healthcare services. Most recently, Stacey served as Vice President of Corporate Integrity at TAVHealth, where she oversaw the integration of privacy law and empathic communication into all TAV products, from the web-based platform to the development of a training program for the care coordinators. Before working with TAVHealth, Stacey held a leadership role at Tenzing Health where she worked with an interdisciplinary team to help patients find ways to improve their health behavior.
Stacey earned her M.A. at Boston College in Counseling Psychology, a Ph.D. in Counseling at St. Mary’s University, and post-graduate certification in Psychoanalysis at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City.

David is the Vice President for Beacon Direct Services at Northern Light Health. Prior to that, he was COO at Memorial Hermann Health Plan, SVP Payer Strategy at Air Methods, VP Payor Strategy at CHI Hospital System, and VP of Reimbursement at UnitedHealth Group. David received a BS Exercise Science Springfield College, and a MPH from Yale.

Andrew is the Chief Innovation Officer and Founder of Healthmap Solutions, Inc., a national market leader in chronic condition and population health management. Andrew brings years of diverse healthcare and technology industry experience with leadership roles at McKesson, Kaiser Permanente and Workday. Andrew also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Kidney Foundation of Florida and as a subject matter expert for the CMS Innovation Center.
Andrew holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
Mene Demestihas

Mene is an Emergency Medicine physician with more than a decade of clinical practice in New York City and Atlanta. He has worked at both community-type Emergency Departments as well as an academic county hospital. Mene has always been enthusiastic about teaching in the field of Emergency Medicine and has won two Teacher of the Year awards. Two areas of focus in his passion for education are evidence-based medicine and innovation, making Mene a natural fit for the RightSite team.
Mene earned his B.S. at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, his M.D. at Mercer University, and completed his residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in NYC while serving as Chief Resident.
